Swift security guard testifies in groping trial

The former disc-jockey filed the complaint last Wednesday and sought a $3 million as a rightful compensation.

A Denver Radio host who tried to sue Taylor Swift for millions of dollars after she accused him of "groping" her has had his lawsuit against the star dismissed.

Swift is seeking a symbolic $1 in damages, which she will donate to charity if awarded.

A security guard for Swift, Greg Dent, took the stand Friday in Denver federal court.

US District Judge William Martinez decided that Swift was not liable as Mueller has not been able to provide sufficent evidence that she had gone out of her way to fire him from his position.

As Taylor Swift's assault trial continues, the singer is getting tons of support from her fellow celebrities. A jury is now currently reviewing whether the two are guilty and accountable for Mueller's dismissal.

Moreover, Mueller also sued Swift's mother, Andrea Swift, and her radio handler, Frank Bell, on the same allegations. Swift is countersuing Mueller and alleges assault.

Taylor Swift countersued former DJ Mueller over claims that he groped her during a meet-and-greet prior to her concert show, explaining it as a "long grab" that she was "completely sure" that it was intentional. "I know from that moment she was not comfortable with the picture taking, that is why she moved closer to Mueller's girlfriend and pushed her dress down", he said.
