Aleksandar Mitrovic will serve a three-game ban after admitting a charge of violent conduct.

The Serbia global was retrospectively sanctioned by the FA on Tuesday after appearing to catch West Ham forward Manuel Lanzini with an elbow during Saturday's clash at St James' Park.

The 80th-minute incident, which was not spotted by referee Neil Swarbrick at the time, was deemed worthy of retrospective action by the Football Association.
