Verdict on Dileep's bail on September 1

Verdict on Dileep's bail on September 1

The Ankamali Magistrate Court will hear the bail plea filed by Malayalam film actress Kavya Madhavan, wife of actor Dileep, on September 18.

In her petition, Kavya stated that some unscrupulous senior police officers combined with a small but powerful section of the film industry were now bent upon destroying the family of Dileep by somehow implicating her in the case.

The investigating agency was now scripting a new theory that Suni was the driver of Kavya so that the association of Dileep and Suni could be inferred.

Kavay's latest move comes days after Suni alleged that he was taking instruction from her, who he referred to as "madam.' Suni had also claimed earlier that 'madam" was not aware of the conspiracy to attack the actress as her role was limited to giving him money, said media reports. In her petition, she added that her husband was falsely implicated in the case and that he had never met Pulsar Suni. The court was supposed to consider the case in the morning but owning to the inconvenience of the prosecutor, the hearing was postponed to afternoon.

Security Council, which are about diplomacy and diplomatic measures and sanctions to resolve this situation", Bach said. He said his commission has authority only to ban athletes from the Olympics and can not impose other sanctions.

He said the only case against him is that he hired Pulsar Suni, the prime accused, to capture nude photographs of the victim. While Dileep was earlier married to actress Manju Warrier, Kavya was married to a computer engineer. Dileep has been in custody since July this year and was allowed to walk out of jail only for a day in September. Meanwhile, Angamaly court will decide on Dileep's bail application on Monday. He also pointed out that his remand period has passed over 60 days and that the investigation into it was over.

The police said they have concrete evidence in the abduction of the young actress on February 17 when she was travelling from Thrissur to Kochi by road.

Six persons, including "Pulsar" Suni, Martin and Vigeesh, were arrested in connection with the incident.
