Doctor kicks patient out of Gainesville clinic after long wait complaint

- Gainesville police were called to an after-hours clinic after a heated confrontation between a patient and a doctor that was caught on video.

Jessica Stipe uploaded the footage to her Facebook page hours after the spat, which she said occurred when she complained about not being seen and requested her copay back.

Gainesville Police have opened a criminal investigation into the incident.

She said she was throwing up in a trash can and she does look visibly sick in the video, so she asked for a return of her co-payment so she could come back the next day.

"All they had me do was pee in a cup to see if I'm pregnant ... ummm I know I'm not", she wrote.

The woman said she asked for her co-pay money back so she could rest at home but Gallogly became furious that she asked to be reimbursed.

That's when she made a decision to confront her doctor, at about 7:45 p.m., she wrote, in an argument that quickly escalated and allegedly resulted in her daughter getting shoved.

They go back and forth for a few seconds until Stipe says she wants to leave.

When the doctor realized what's going on, you could see him snatch the phone from her. It's 7:45 and we've already been working on you. We've done a urine test on you.

United landed Romelu Lukuku from Everton in the summer and Mourinho believes Kane would be the Belgian's flawless partner. The Red Devils apparently had a £40m plus Javier Hernandez bid rejected immediately two years ago.

When Stipe says she wants to go home, the doctor angrily tells her to "get the hell out".

Stipe said her daughter recorded the incident and that the doctor shoved her daughter and took her phone. "What's your name (doctor)?"

So he grabbed the phone and began to walk off with it, video shows.

"My daughter recorded it because they were so rude", Stipe wrote.

However, Gallogly appeared to have a different story, the Miami Herald reported.

Stipe posted a video of the entire episode on her Facebook page Monday night, which was viewed more than 200,000 times and shared more than 3,400 times at the time of publishing this article.

The doctor released a statement to FOX 35 saying,"Ms. Stipe had been increasingly belligerent and abusive to office staff, cursing them and threatening them with violence", allegations which she has denied.

'I went to the front desk only because after Ms. Stipe received her refund, she refused to leave the office, and continued her abusive behavior towards staff'.

"At the end of the events, I most regrettably lost my temper, and spoke to the women in a most unprofessional manner", Gallogly said.
