Gal Gadot eyeing lead role in revenge thriller Ruin

After conquering the global box-office with her portrayal of Princess of Themyscira in Patty Jenkins" "Wonder Woman', Gal Gadot is now all set to star in a post-World War II revenge thriller.

But before Gadot starts work on the confirmed sequel to the DC Comics superhero flick, it appears the star will take on a key character in Justin Kurzel's next film.

Not much is known about the project except the storyline - which will follow a former Nazi captain as he travels to post-World War II Germany to make amends for his crimes by hunting down the members of the SS Death Squad that worked under him.

With Wonder Woman 2 not set to begin shooting until later in 2018, Gadot is reportedly negotiating to take on a role in the WWII drama Ruin, which will be ready to go before cameras in early 2018, as reported by Deadline.
