There's Something New To Fear In Fox's First 'New Mutants' Trailer

This Friday the 13th will be a lucky for Marvel fans.

'The New Mutants" trailer has arrived and this doesn't look like any "X-Men' film you've seen before... According to the official logline, the film follows five young mutants who are just learning to understand and use their powers while they're trapped in a secret facility. In order to hype to upcoming X-Men project, Fox has debuted the first teaser trailer for the film. He's even stated that he doesn't like most horror films, but he wrote The New Mutants with Knate Lee and is known to be a big Stephen King fan. It's also been described as a horror movie set in the X-Men movie universe, which is something totally different from anything we've encountered so far within the franchise. The group is "mentored" by Dr. Cecilia Reyes (Alice Braga, I am Legend).

The all-star team consists of Henry Zaga (Teen Wolf) as Roberto da Costa/Sunspot, Blu Hunt (The Originals) as Danielle Moonstar/Mirage, Anya Taylor-Joy (Split) as Illyana Rasputin/Magik, Charlie Heaton (Stranger Things) as Sam Guthrie/Cannonball, and Maisie Williams (Game of Thrones) as Rahne Sinclair/Wolfsbane, who can shapeshift into a wolf (which seems appropriate for Arya Stark).
