Ben Affleck wants a 'cool way to segue out' of DCEU

"To be on the rooftop firing up the bat signal and not only having batman appear, but his merry little band too, it's great", JK Simmons, who plays "Commissioner Gordon", said.

The epicenter of DC Comcs has always revolved around Batman and Superman but that is starting to change.

Now, Warner Bros. and DC are hoping that the finished "Justice League", which opens Friday, doesn't show any Frankenstein-like scars from its tumultuous creation. Part of the appeal of this genre is wish fulfilment: Wouldn't it be nice if there was somebody who can save us from all this, save us from ourselves, save us from the consequences of our actions and save us from people who are evil?' said Affleck.

The movie is a few days away, but fans can get a feel of the film's tone by listening to the score for the movie ahead of its official premiere. Justice League pushes not just crowd-favourites Batman, Superman (Henry Cavill) and Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) to the fore, but also Ezra Miller's Flash, Jason Momoa's Aquaman and Ray Fisher's Cyborg. And Wonder Woman, a more evolved and experienced heroine in the wake of her movie, "understands the pressure and the stakes" of the invading force, Gadot says. "And everyone watching this movie is going to identify with the "at the between" characters and the similarities between characters as well".

Justice League will see the superheroes come together to stop an invasion attempt by warmongering general Steppenwolf (Ciaran Hinds) from the planet Apokolips. Today's Nerdist News is using our Mother Box to reveal how Justice League's reception may affect the previously announced DCEU films.

Ben Affleck is once again hinting he's likely quitting Batman.

"Obviously, Superman is part of the Justice League", producer Deborah Snyder told Slash Film.

"Justice League", a team-up movie, will be followed by solo efforts.

Justice League director Zack Snyder's Man of Steel, which debuted Cavill as Superman four years ago, started the path to the supergroup event movie. The flick is slated to release on November 17.
