Philippe Coutinho makes plea to Liverpool over PSG interest

It remains to be seen whether Barcelona will return with an official bid to try and land Coutinho in the January transfer window or not.

Coutinho has had to sit out Liverpool's last three games due to a thigh injury and also did not play during Brazil's 3-1 victory over Japan on Friday.

Coutinho looks set to feature in Tuesday night's friendly against England at Wembley, where the player could line up against his club teammates Joe Gomez and Dominic Solanke.

"I'm 100 percent fit", he said.

"I am honored to wear this shirt whenever I can". "At the moment I am very happy with my life", he continued.

"Right now I am extremely happy with my life".

And he says playing with Philippe Coutinho and under Jurgen Klopp is paying dividends for Brazil too.
