Report says Tom Sizemore violated 11-year-old girl on movie set

Actor Tom Sizemore has been accused of molesting his 11-year-old co-star in a bombshell report by The Hollywood Reporter.

The incident, never before publicized, was reported to producers and police, though the girl's parents ultimately declined to press charges.

The girl who made the allegations had a minor role in the film which was a completely separate film from Natural Born Killers. She said she has hired a lawyer to take action against Sizemore and her parents. While Sizemore denied addressing the matter as well.

"Our position is 'no comment, '" his agent Stephen Rice told THR.

The publication talked to multiple people associated a crime thriller named Born Killers. It happened at a film set in Utah.

The Hollywood Reporter further details the alleged incident occurred during a photo shoot involving the young actress, who is now 26 and wishes to remain anonymous. During the scene, Sizemore rubbed his finger against the vagina of the girl or he inserted his finger into her vagina which is a sexual harassment and sexual assault in simple words. Production manager Cassidy Lunnen recalls that "the girl was so young it was unclear to her and [later] her parents what had actually taken place and if it was intentional or not".

The paper also talked to a production assistant, Roi Maufas, who said the crew believed what the child said because they considered Sizemore a "sleazebag".

The now-55-year-old actor, infamous for domestic battery convictions, on-set outbursts and a almost lifelong battle with drugs, remained one of Hollywood's busiest character actors until Monday, when THR, citing multiple named sources who were present, published one of the most disturbing accounts of sexual misconduct since Harvey Weinstein.

The next day, casting director Catrine McGregor said she got a call from the young girl's agent, informing her that the girl had told her mother she had been inappropriately touched. "He was this guy who was already known for making inappropriate comments, being drunk, being high". While they did speak to the police about the alleged incident, no charges were filed. We're talking about consistent behavior, just being "Tom Sizemore" on set every day.
