Alleged retail box of Samsung Galaxy S9 leaks online revealing interesting specifications

One last detail worth being mentioned that many could miss is the destination of the Samsung Galaxy S9 in this box. Ahead of its launch, a picture of the Galaxy S9 retail box has been leaked and it reveals a couple of interesting features that are all new for the Galaxy flagship series.

Samsung will launch the Galaxy S9 at MWC in February.

In a different report, Galaxy S9 Plus is rumored to come with a f/1.4 aperture in the rear camera.

What's also worth noting is the "Super Slow-mo" feature which we reckon will compete with Sony's 960 FPS slow-mo.

'Deadpool 2' to Hit Theaters Early, But 'New Mutants' Delayed to 2019
The biggest, and likely most-welcomed, news is for Ryan Reynolds' follow up to the massively popular 2016 film " Deadpool ". New Mutants' original release date of April 13 has reportedly been blasted back almost a year to February 22, 2019.

We still will have to wait to find out if these specs are indeed true but these leaks should give a fair idea of what we will see from Samsung this year at MWC 2018. Just as Apple is also preparing for foldable Smartphones, there is a possible scenario that Samsung Display is preparing to supply foldable panels to Apple for its next-generation iPhones. The one with 5.8-inch Quad HD+ display will come with full rectangle display profile. In fact, it looks like there will be quite a few similarities; a 12MP "Dual Pixel" camera with OIS on the back, an 8MP camera up front, IP68 water and dust resistance, an iris scanner, 64GB of storage, 4GB of RAM, wireless charging, and included AKG-tuned earphones.

When the Galaxy S9 arrives, it is expected to debut with a 4K-capable display with a 3,300mAh battery and Google Treble. Under the hood, we can expect the phones to be powered by Exynos 9810 SoC built on the 10nm process with a maximum clock speed of 2.9GHz. The post goes on claim that there will even be a 512GB variant of the Galaxy S9+, which will likely be available in limited quantities and in select countries only.

To be clear, this isn't the first time Samsung held a private viewing of its foldable smartphone prototype. Also stereo speakers are something that fans and critics have for long wished from a high-end Galaxy S phone.
