Detective Pikachu Game Coming to US

Today, it was revealed that a once Japan-only title, Detective Pikachu, is set for a Western release date at the end of this month, with fans in the United States understandably excited to finally be able to experience the adventure game. The Detective Pikachu amiibo will be used to view all the short Pika Prompt videos from previously completed chapters of the game, including Pika Prompts players may have missed earlier. Also, Nintendo is releasing an absolutely huge amiibo alongside the game.

In the latest Pokemon news, you will soon be able to play as Pikachu in a hard-boiled detective game. The plot follows Tim Goodman, a newcomer to Ryme City, who meets the eponymous Detective Pikachu, a tough talking, hardboiled detective.

Detective Pikachu will be available for the Nintendo 3DS family of systems, which includes the 2DS.
