He was arrested for second-degree marijuana possession in Alabama and is now out of custody after paying a $2,500 bond.

San Francisco 49ers linebacker Reuben Foster has been arrested in Alabama and charged with second-degree possession of marijuana.

It's only the latest blemish on Foster's record, and another reason for the Niners to question his maturity. He was drafted with the 31st pick of the first round of the 2016 NFL Draft.

California legalized and decriminalized recreational marijuana on January 1 but Alabama is the home of draconian marijuana laws.
