POLICE have deployed counter-terrorism officers to investigate some suspicious "white powder" sent to Amber Rudd's office in Parliament.

Police are said to be investigating an incident at the Houses of Parliament.

Cops said the package contained white powder.

One unnamed officer in Speaker's Court told the Press Association that specialist colleagues were examining a package left in the Palace of Westminster.
