Celtics Clinch NBA Playoff Berth with Win over Timberwolves

Celtics second-year swingman Jaylen Brown tweeted Thursday that he was OK after taking a hard, scary fall on what appeared to be the back of his head and neck late in the third quarter of a 117-109 win over the Timberwolves.

In an awkward landing off a dunk attempt, Jaylen Brown landed on his head, throwing silence into the entire area. Brown noticeably was stiff after the crash and was checked out by the medical staff for several minutes, prompting a complete silence in the arena. But Brown was eventually able to walk slowly to the locker room on his own, and the crowd at Target Center gave him a standing ovation.

Brown's hands seemed to slip off the rim before he was ready to let go, throwing off the balance on his dismount.

Brown was able to take off in transition and split a pair of Timberwolves defenders, going up for what should have been one of the more explosive dunks you'll see.

"It was just tough to see".

Being able to sell a victor can provide obvious profits, and it may even be a confidence booster for the average investor. A reading under 20 would indicate no trend, and a reading from 20-25 would suggest that there is no clear trend signal.

Boston Celtics guard Marcus Smart shoots in the fourth quarter against the Minnesota Timberwolves in Minneapolis March 8, 2018. Allie LaForce reported on the TNT broadcast that Brown is being checked for a concussion and taken to a nearby hospital.

He's now being evaluated by the Celtics medical staff and his status for the team's next game is uncertain.

As of now, the Raptors will have a chance to play against the Boston Celtics three more times before the playoffs begin.

"I was right there", Horford said of Brown's fall.

Towns finished with 15 points and 11 rebounds, and Jamal Crawford pitched in 15 points off the bench.

Brown had 14 points in the game prior to his fall - right in line with his season average for points. Irving finished with a team-high 23 points, eight assists and Al Horford stuffed the stat-sheet with 20 points, eight rebounds and six assists.
