Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif along with a 30-member trade delegation, from the country's economic and trade sectors, attended the joint business forum to explore areas of mutual economic cooperation.

This was decided in a meeting between Pakistan's Foreign Minister Khawaja Asif and his Iranian counterpart Javad Zarif who is on an official visit here.

The visiting Iranian foreign minister would also hold bilateral talks with Foreign Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif on various issues of mutual interests, regional situation with emphasis on Afghanistan and exploring the ways and means to further expand the cooperation in various areas.

Pakistan and Iran today said they would boost links between Gawadar and Chahbahar ports that are being developed by China and India.
