Talented Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui is known for his versatile roles and acting skills but it now seems that he is caught amidst a controversy.

Nawazuddin Siddiqui has come under the scanner for allegedly illegally obtaining the call recordings of his ex-wife, Sheeba, through his lawyer Rizwan Siddiquee. This time, he has been accused of allegedly spying on his estranged wife.

According to Abhishek Trimukhe, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Thane crime branch), "Nawazuddin's name had cropped up after an accused Prashant Shripad Kalekar, a private detective, was arrested in the scam".

Aaliya took to Facebook to write about the allegations against her husband and rubbished them all.

Here is the Facebook post. This summons was about the recording of the CDR or call data, although till now Nawaz has not responded to the summons.

Earlier, on the CDR case, Nawazuddin tweeted, "Yesterday evening, I was helping my daughter in making school projects, this project was of Hydroelectric Power Generator and this morning she went to her school for Project Exhibition. Celebrity hone ke karan, unhein soft target banaya gaya". The crime branch has so far arrested 11 accused in the CDR racket, including a constable from Yavatmal and Rajni Pandit, who is regarded as India's first woman detective. "To my surprise, the media had questions about some random allegations on me #Disgust", Mr. Siddiqui wrote, posting a few pictures from the activity with his daughter. The summon was issued nearly a week ago, and he had assured us that he would come on March 9.
