The Blue Jays may have thought their roof would allow them to finally play some games, but it's looking like the weather may snatch another spring baseball game this season.

The Toronto Blue Jays Roger Centre is now trying to deal with snow coming into the stadium as a piece of ice from the nearby CN Tower fell onto the roof.

The CN Tower was closed several hours before the game was postponed, as what the Toronto Star described as "watermelon-sized chunks of ice" fell just outside the nearby Metro Toronto Convention Centre.

The Blue Jays announced that they are working with Toronto police and the CN Tower to evaluate the "viability of playing tonight's game".

It's only the second time in the stadium's history that the team has had to postpone a game.
