Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie finally reach custody agreement

Angelina Jolie is under a court order to let Brad Pitt spend more time with their six children, according to a report on CNN.

According to court documents obtained by ET, a judge determined that the kids "not having a relationship with their father is harmful to them".

Pitt will now have the cell phone numbers of the younger kids and will be able to text with them without their mother's involvement. The court also bars her from reading the children's text messages with Pitt or from giving out a number to a phone that she secretly monitors.

Angelina, 43, reportedly wanted to take her children - Maddox, 16, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, and nine-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox - to London this summer while she films Maleficent 2.

In the spirit of strengthening the relationship with Pitt, the court has laid out a summer schedule for the children, minus Maddox, to spend time with the actor over the summer.

The Fight Club star will see the minor children in London, where Jolie is renting a house, for 10 days in mid-June where he can spend time with one or two of them for four hours per day.

Jolie is barred from being present during or interfering with Pitt's custodial time, the documents said.

Angelina Jolie Could Lose Physical Custody of Kids to Brad Pitt

From July 8 to July 14, Pitt will again choose which children to spend time with and will have custody for four consecutive days.

Jolie, who filed for divorce from Pitt in the fall of 2016, is being accused of keeping the clan away from their father and making it hard for him to call them. If all goes well Brad will be allowed custody of the kids from 21 July through 29 July back in LA, with travelling arrangements to be made by both parents, People magazine reports. However, she still struggles whenever the kids are away from her, even when they are with their father.

Jolie is responsible for the children traveling to Los Angeles and Pitt for returning them to London.

In the papers, the court has outlined a summer schedule which details how often Pitt should see his brood over the coming months.

Then from June 27 through July 1, Pitt gets custody for 10 hours per day under the same scheduling circumstances. But Jolie and Pitt seemed to bury the hatchet in January 2017, releasing a joint statement saying they had agreed to handle their divorce in a private forum and would work together to reunify their family. Brad will also be given unrestricted phone access to the children.

'Brad is opposed to that and is blocking it from happening, ' a source told E!
